Reaching the support and resolving Codacy Platform issues

Hi everyone,

We are on enterprise codacy plan. We are having multiple issues in our integrations with multiple repositories:

  1. For one of our repository, the codacy UI is just stagnant showing it is still preparing the integration for weeks with no reports.

  2. For code coverage integration in other repositories, which are integrated, we can’t see the coverage per file which used to be shown before and now, getting this error suddenly:

We stopped receiving your coverage results. Check if your CI workflow is set up correctly

The team tried contacting support for these but there was no response yet.

Will be helpful, if anybody can pitch in for next steps we can take to resolve these issues.
