Fork name displayed when the pull-request is originated from a fork

Hi,
I noticed in the Pull Requests tab of Codacy (Self-hosted v3.5.1-RC-0) that only the name of the branch is shown in the ORIGIN column. I feel the name of the fork should be added like it’s the case on GitHub (GitHub Enterprise 2.22).
